Freedle & Associates SMS Messaging Program
Effective Date: October 27, 2026

1. Program Description

By opting in to receive text messages from Freedle & Associates, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding real estate inquiries, property listings, appointment reminders, transaction updates, and related real estate services.

2. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

3. Help

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
